Cream cakes are deceivingly easy to make. Shhhh...I even cheat! The mascarpone cream is so lush and sweet, no one even notices that I use a cake mix. Sometimes, I even ask the bakery at our local grocery store for 2 nine inch cake layers that I can take home and freeze. I can make a cream cake from start to finish in just 10 minutes! xoxo Julie Blanner
This cake is perfect for any occasion. In fact, the cake in itself is an occasion!
